General Terms and Conditions

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The "Journey of Champions" may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the "Journey of Champions" to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the "Journey of Champions". Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the "Journey of Champions" is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the "Journey of Champions".

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the "Journey of Champions" is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the "Journey of Champions" corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the "Journey of Champions", PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the "Journey of Champions", including, without limitation:

a.family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the "Journey of Champions", directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the "Journey of Champions"; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the "Journey of Champions", shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the "Journey of Champions" is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.Promotion Period: 1 January 2026 00:00 - 28 February 2026 23:59 (System Time)

2.Promotion Areas: All countries except Vietnam, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, Malawi and/or other prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of the Company.

3.Eligible Clients: Both new and existing PU Prime Copy Trading users (Signal Providers and Copiers)

4.Eligible Account Type: Standard Account and Islamic Standard Account*

*This promotion is eligible for Copy Trading platform only.

*If an eligible participant has multiple eligible accounts, the data of all eligible participating accounts during the promotion will be combined and calculated.

5.How to Participate:

a.The client needs to activate this promotion on the Promotion page within their client portal or APP first;
b.After activation, the client must deposit accumulative of at least $200 USD (or currency equivalent) and Complete 1 Standard Lot to be eligible for the first reward [1]

[1] Valid trading products: Forex, Gold, Silver, and Oil.
[1] Only newly opened and closed orders held for more than 5 minutes will be considered valid.

6.The Grind Progression

a.The Grind Progression Rewards is calculated based on each participant’s deposit and trading volume, and is categorised into four milestones as shown below:
b.The rewards are cumulative and will be distributed as per schedule below:
- I. For trades between 1 - 15 January 2026, the rewards will be distributed by 30 January 2026.
- II. For trades between 16 - 31 January 2026, the rewards will be distributed by 13 February 2026.
- III. For trades between 1 - 15 February 2026, the rewards will be distributed by 27 February 2026.
- IV. For trades between 16 - 28 February 2026, the rewards will be distributed by 13 March 2026.

7.Path to Glory

a.The Path to Glory Rewards is calculated based on all participants' trading volume, and is categorised into four tiers as shown below:
b.The rewards are cumulative and they are non-transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash.
c.The progress bar will be published on the promotion landing page every bi-weekly, starting from 30 January 2026.
d.The winners will be notified via email on 13 March 2026 to submit their shipping details. If the winners do not reply to the email within 10 [TEN] business days, the reward will be forfeited.

8.By participating in the promotion, each participant hereby expressly gives consent to PU Prime:

a.May publicly announce their name and details of their participation in the promotion on the websites or any other publication, social media, etc.
b.Use a photo of the contestant in any appropriate manner and publication that PU Prime decides to use, without any recourse or compensation, and that the contestant surrenders and waives all copyright and intellectual property rights to the use of such photo in relation to the Promotion or PU Prime’s promotional activity.
c.If you refuse to participate in any of the above redemption rules, PU Prime reserves the right to withhold the issuing of rewards.

9.Guide to Voucher Redemption

a.Eligible clients will receive the vouchers under Coupons Tab in APP/Client Portal.
b.Eligible account type: Standard Account and Islamic Standard Account [2].

How to use the 10% Deposit Rebate Voucher?

I.To use the 10% Deposit Rebate Voucher, clients must activate it before making a deposit, and your next deposit will receive an additional 10% rebate capped at $10 or $50 depending on milestone level.
II.For Milestone 1 & 4, clients must complete 5 & 20 Standard Lots of self-directed trading respectively in order to withdraw the rebate amount [3].
[3] Eligible products are limited to only forex, gold/silver, and oil products, with each position held for a minimum of 5 minutes. There are no withdrawal restrictions on the customer's own deposited funds.

How to use the Profit Booster Voucher?

I.To use the Profit Booster Voucher, clients must activate it before opening a trade, and your next transaction order will be covered automatically [4].
[4] This voucher is only applicable to self-directed trades.
II.The Profit Booster Voucher doubles your profit and each voucher is capped at USD $5.

How to use the Loss Protection Voucher?

I.To use a Loss Protection Voucher, you must activate it before opening a trade, and your next transaction order will be covered automatically [5].
[5] This voucher is only applicable to self-directed trades.
II.The Loss Protection Voucher will cover 50% loss and each voucher is capped at USD $5.

f.The voucher's validity is 30 days. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.
g.Only one voucher can be used in each transaction order. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher.
h.The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
i.When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state, PU Prime may cancel or withdraw any vouchers that have been awarded.
j.For the purposes of this promotion, all amounts are denominated in U.S. dollars (or the equivalent in local currency) and will be settled based on the end-of-day (EOD) exchange rate.

1. Participation in the promotion is exclusively open to clients.

2. The "Journey of Champions" applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

3. When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state:

a.Negative balance reset with Profit Booster Voucher(s) unused: The client is not allowed to use any previously acquired but unused Profit Booster Voucher(s). PU Prime will withdraw these Profit Booster Voucher(s).
b.Negative balance reset applied with Profit Booster Voucher(s) used: PU Prime will reset the amount to 0. Profit Booster Voucher(s) amount will not be credited.

4. The PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion:

a.to decline registration of any participant in the "Journey of Champions"; and
b.disqualify any participant in the "Journey of Champions" who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

5. PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this"Journey of Champions" to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

6. PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the "Journey of Champions" or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the "Journey of Champions" constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

7. Any indication or suspicion, in the PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Credit Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a credit bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited credit bonuses of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with PU Prime and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the Profit Booster Voucher cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

8. If clients’ trading account is closed or suspended, PU Prime may cancel at its discretion the “Profit Booster Voucher” posted to their account, along with any profits made from the “Profit Booster Voucher”.

9. PU Prime will not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages which may be suffered as a result of PU Prime re-setting or adjusting client’s account as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to losses attributable to automatically Closed Out Open Positions.

10. In the event that a trading account becomes dormant all previously awarded Profit Booster Voucher will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients real account with the PU Prime.

11. Taking part in the "Journey of Champions" constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

12. The "Journey of Champions" is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the "Journey of Champions" is mentioned to be a part of.

13. In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards, or reclaim the distributed rewards.

14. If these terms and conditions of the "Journey of Champions" are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
